Smart protection features mean you don't need to worry about damaging your speakers, even at high volumes; the processor-controlled system monitoring analyses the signal and identifies the problem areas, then applies multi-band compression to those specific frequencies instead of lowering the overall output. Smart optimisation. This is the processing powerhouse of the Mackie SRT210 10" Active PA Speaker. By thoroughly refining the FIR filtering process, the DSP module can eliminate undesirable acoustic anomalies across the entire dispersion zone (horizontal and vertical), as well as frequency range and time domain. This works by measuring the negative frequency response and time domain impacts that each transducer and horn introduces and correcting those anomalies before the signal hits the speaker. The resulting outputting sound from the speaker is fully corrected for superior clarity, flat response, time-aligned, smooth sound throughout the entire time, space, and response domains.
